Our Solution
We built a HIPAA-compliant patient portal with digital intake forms that sync directly to their EHR via FHIR API, self-service appointment scheduling with insurance verification, and an automated reminder sequence (email + SMS) with patient-specific instructions. The portal also includes a secure messaging feature and post-visit feedback collection.
